LIONS CLUB OF BURDWAN

In the 1965, 27th February Lions Club of Burdwan was founded and 11th March, 1965 Club was Chartered by the Lions Clubs International, sponsoring club Lions Club of Raniganj. 30 Chartered  members was founded the Club and  Charter President was late Lion Dr.Somesh Ch. Ghosh.

 

Lions Club of Burdwan is doing outstandingly services to the suffering in the society with high reputation.

President Lion Prosenjit Dutta and his BOD of 2009-10 Installed on 27th July`09 by PDG Lion R. P. Chaudhary.
Lions Club of Burdwan is going to host the 11th District Installation & Award Presentation Ceremony on 2nd August, 2009 at Sanskriti Loko Mancha, Burdwan.
Observation of Birthday of Dr. B. C. Roy held on 1st July`09 at the club premises. On the said day and 74 bottles Blood collected in the Blood Donation camp where 64 Athletes donate their blood.
